Return Conditions
For purchases made on our website, you have the right to withdraw from the contract based on the Consumer Code within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, except for items valued over €2000 (these items are often limited edition exclusives with unique value, so we limit returns to ensure every customer receives the product in perfect condition).

If the product you ordered is no longer available or its price temporarily changes, we will consider this a price difference.

It's important to ensure the product is well protected during return shipping. We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item is not packed properly. Once we receive the return, our team will inspect the product. We will not accept returns if the item has been worn or altered. Additionally, if you want to change the product (size or model) before returning it, you must request this beforehand. Items will only be accepted if they are in their original condition.

We will inform you via email or phone within 7 calendar days of receiving your return request. The product will be sent back to the address you specified at your own expense.

Holiday Return Extension
The return period is extended to 40 days for purchases made between 20/11/25 and 31/12/2025 (except for certain cases).

Special Price Promotion
If you purchase sneakers under a special price or promotion, you can request a refund or return within 6 months from the order date. If you decide not to return the product, you’ll receive a store credit voucher worth €10 (for each separate shipment), which will be deducted from your final payment.

Return Procedure in Italy
To initiate a return in Italy, please contact our customer support via WhatsApp at +39 3290693778 within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

Please include the following details:

  • Whether you are returning the product for an exchange or a refund,
  • The order number, along with your name and the product details.

Return Procedure International
For returns from outside Italy, shipping costs will be at the buyer’s expense.

Refund / Exchange / Order Cancellation

Refund:
If the return is approved, a refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The refund will be for the amount paid, excluding shipping costs.

Exchange:
If you're requesting an exchange for a different item or size, the return should be made within 5-15 business days. Upon receipt, we will send you the new product as per the exchange request.

Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting us via email. If the order has already been processed and shipped, you will receive a store credit voucher instead of a direct refund.
